Common Issues
Connection Issues
If you're experiencing connection problems:

- Restart the UNICE app
- Ensure you have the latest version installed
- Try connecting using mobile data instead of WiFi (or vice versa)
- Restart your device
Audio/Video Issues
For problems with audio or video during calls:
- Check if your microphone/camera permissions are enabled
- Verify no other app is using your camera/microphone
- Ensure your device's volume is turned up
- Try using headphones
- Restart the app and try again
App Crashing
If the UNICE app keeps crashing:
- Update to the latest version
- Clear the app cache (Settings > Apps > UNICE > Storage > Clear Cache)
- Ensure your device has sufficient storage space
- Restart your device
- If problems persist, uninstall and reinstall the app
