UNICE Child Safety Policy

UNICE has a zero-tolerance approach to any acts of abuse, exploitation and/or sexualization involving children. Any users not upholding UNICE's policies for protecting minors (anyone under the age of 18) as outlined below face removal from UNICE and potential actions by law enforcement.
Policies
Age Restriction
- You must be 18 years of age or older to use UNICE.
- Any attempts to falsify age to access the platform are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or removal.
UNICE uses automated and manual systems to detect underage activity as well as Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse ("CSEA"). Any attempt to circumvent these systems is prohibited. Prohibited Activities include but are not limited to actions such as:
Sexualization of Minors and CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)
- Sharing, creating, or distributing content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Content involving the sexual fetishization of minors, such as discussions, sexualized playacting, or wearing sexualized clothing, is prohibited.
- Depictions of child nudity or sexualization in any form, including artistic representations such as drawings or animations.
- Grooming behaviors, including but not limited to: requesting contact information from minors, attempting to move conversations with suspected minors to other platforms, offering gifts or incentives to minors.
- Sharing, soliciting, or storing non-exploitative yet sensitive images of minors outside of the context of a family photo album - for example, pictures of children in a bath, at a pool, or in revealing clothing.
- Content normalizing, trivializing, glorifying or otherwise encouraging child sexual exploitation.
- Links to websites, products, or services dedicated to sexualizing children, even if the links themselves do not contain CSAM.
- Dating profiles that mention or display attraction to minors.
- Explicit conversations with minors through our platform and using our platform to establish contact with minors.
Safety Measures
- Age Verification System: We employ robust technology to verify users' ages and identify underage individuals attempting to access our services.
- Content Moderation: All user-generated content is subject to review to ensure it adheres to our child safety policies.
- Reporting Mechanisms: We provide easy-to-use tools for users to report suspected violations of our child safety policy.
- Cooperation with Law Enforcement: We promptly report all instances of child exploitation to relevant authorities and cooperate fully with investigations.
Reporting
If you encounter content or behavior that violates our Child Safety Policy, please report it immediately by:
- Using the in-app reporting feature
- Emailing our dedicated safety team at chidumagaogbuji@gmail.com
- All reports are treated confidentially and investigated thoroughly
Enforcement
Violations of our Child Safety Policy will result in:
- Immediate removal of violating content
- Permanent account termination without warning
- Reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies
- Potential legal action

- Regular updates to our safety features and policies
- Collaboration with child safety organizations and experts
- Providing resources for parents, guardians, and educators about online safety
